These Terms of Service govern all business between Happiness Vacation ("we," "us," "our") and our B2B travel agency partners ("you," "Partner"). By requesting or accepting a quotation, you agree to these Terms.
Our detailed quotations and booking confirmations contain the specific terms, conditions, pricing, and policies for each booking. Those documents, together with these Terms, form the complete agreement. In case of any conflict, the terms of the specific quotation/confirmation shall prevail for that booking.
A booking is considered firm upon our written confirmation and receipt of the required deposit, as stated in the quotation. You are responsible for the timely payment of all invoices according to the schedule in the quotation.
You are responsible for accurately relaying all itinerary details, terms, and requirements to your end-client. You must provide complete and accurate passenger information by our deadlines. We are not liable for issues arising from your failure to do so.
All cancellations or changes must be in writing. Applicable fees will be as explicitly stated in the relevant quotation or confirmation.
Our liability is limited to the value of the specific service not provided as confirmed. We are not liable for indirect losses or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). You agree to handle all end-client claims for such matters, including for lack of travel insurance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
